Return and Refund

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us.
Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and
remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you will be able to return
the item(s) via post.

Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs,
unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.
In this instance, postage will be incurred by Karya.
Please kindly contact customer service to organise prepaid postage.

Clearance sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
Here are our simple rules of return:
1. You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
2. Items were not on Sale at the time of purchase.
3. The item is in original sealable condition: 
    – With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
    – In an unworn, unopened and unused. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
4. Underwear, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items
for change of mind for hygiene reasons:
* Swimwear 
* Hosiery 
* Hair accessories 
* Earrings and Jewelry 
* Underwear and undergarments

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Karya reserves the right to
refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
Karya will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.Please note that
all refunds will be in form of store credit. We will provide you a promo code that
filled with your refunded amount within 5 days after Karya received the items.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this – let’s get this resolved as quickly as possible.
You can reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team through our webform. Make sure you have your order number, email address, name of the item, proof of faulty item, and preferred outcome on hand ready to help us provide you with a quick resolution.

When will I receive my returns shipping label?

Once you have provided us with all the details we need we will send the labels within 24 hours. If you do not receive your shipping label within 24 hours, please contact our friendly Customer Service team.

General Delivery Information

Enjoy FREE standard delivery for all orders over AU$100 per transaction. 

For your convenience, Karya offers both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.

Please note the delivery time frames indicated below are estimates only. An increased volume of orders during busy sale and promotional periods may lead to delayed dispatch and delivery. 

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout. 

If you have any special instructions relating to your delivery, please indicate these in the comments section upon finalising your purchase.

Orders will be delivered on business days only. Please note, the number of business days estimated below begins the day after your order is dispatched. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

 Your Delivery Options

Australian Standard Delivery

FREE for orders over AU$100 per transaction or AU$10 for orders under AU$100 per transaction

3-7 business days from dispatch*

·        Orders placed before 4pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays)

·        Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday

·        Orders placed up until 6pm will be dispatched the following business day

·        *Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods

 

Australian Express Post Delivery

AU$15 for all orders

1-3 business days from dispatch*

·        Orders must be placed by 3pm (AEST) on any business day (Monday-Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions

·        Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link

·        Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. Please click here for further information 

·        *Dispatch may take up to 24 hours during sale or promotional periods

·        *Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods

 

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

 Once your order has been placed, we endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address before the order has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address, and we will do our best to make it happen.  

 

When will you ship my order?

Order received by 6 PM will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Keep in mind for some delivery services your tracking can take up to 7 hours to reflect your parcel’s journey.

Can I return sale items?

Regular sale items can only be returned or refunded however, please note that all refunds will be in form of store credit. We will provide you a promo code that filled with your refunded amount within 5 days after Karya received the items.
All clearance sale items cannot be refunded or exchange.

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

Refund

Returns take 3-7 business days to reach our warehouse from dispatch. Once your return is received, your refund request will be processed within 5 business days. We’ll send you an email once the promo code that filled with your store credit in the original paid amount is ready for you.

Exchange

Returns take 3-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once your return is received, your exchange request will be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your new exchange item has been shipped. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from receipt of shipment confirmation email.

I purchased an item at full price and now it has gone on sale; can I still get a refund or exchange?

If you purchased a full price item within the last 14 days which has since gone on sale, you are welcome to return the item and receive an exchange or refund, in line with our Return Policy, for the original paid amount.

What payment options do you offer?

At the moment we are able to receive payment from Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Afterpay. We will definitely announce once we have partnered with any other payment options.
